Please join Ed Gordon, who has led several walks for Walking in Arlington, for a live preview of the of the new Arlington Cultural District (ACD) Audio Tour!
He will explore the eastern half of the Massachusetts Avenue “cultural corridor” between Whittemore Park in Arlington Center and the Fox Library in East Arlington. Ed Gordon is the Old Schwamb Mill Program Director and ACD audio tour author and narrator. Along the way tour participants will discover vibrant examples of contemporary public art, a variety of dining options, creative commercial concerns, vintage theaters,
well-designed parks and much more.
The audio tour is a project of the Arlington Commission for Arts and Culture (ACAC) and was made possible by a Cultural District Initiative Grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
Meeting Place will be at Whittemore Park (611 Massachusetts Avenue at Mystic Street). Tour Admission: $15.00.
This Tour benefits ACAC and the Old Schwamb Mill Museum.
